August is here and I want to congratulate you for coming this far! Are you looking forward on August? If you ask me, I’m not really looking forward.
I started my August in an awkward manner. I had an anxiety attack, an uncertain situation and an interview (happened today). I’ll continue on in few moments after the next paragraph.
As for planning, nothing much laid out this month. In movies, Only two or three movies I’m looking forward to. In events, there is only one event happening which is Animangaki @ Sunway Pyramid and Malaysia Independence Day celebration will be held this month too. I don’t have much expectation. I went there last year and I only had one round of walk and I went home. Yes, I was bored. In work related, nothing much. In relationship, well nothing worked out, so consider it nonexistent.
Back to how I start my awkward week… Anxiety attack… Not going to talk about it. Uncertain situation… Well, also not going to talk about it. What about the interview? Well, I can talk a little about it.
My interview today was quite adventurous. I had my permission from my manager to take an early and long break time. I left the office at 11am and came back around 2.30pm. The distance between my current workplace and my interview location is far and I have to use the train to reach there. So, I walked to the train station around 15 minutes and took the train with 4 stops away. It took me 25 minutes to reach the station.
Now, in order to reach the place for my interview, it is either I wait for the bus or I walk. I decided to walk. Roughly, the walk is around 20 minutes. Somehow, I was lost and it took longer. First, I took the wrong pedestrian bridge, which made me to walk longer distance. Secondly, I got lost in a mall because the bridge I took connected to the mall. The exit to the next building is located in its basement parking lot. I was like 5 minutes away of being late. I was tired and sweats all over.
Luckily, I reached to the place on time and managed to chill and calm down when I was filling the registration form. However, it made my brain sleepy and exhausted as well. Can you imagine having an interview with a brain that is half asleep? I think I did.
So, if you are wondering how was the interview? Well, I’m not too positive about it. Enough with the interview, I think I had the longest walk today! I am feeling fresh but sleepy as well.
Oh well, I know I’m not being optimistic this time but I am totally exhausted right now. Maybe I will just sleep this off on weekend.
